FetchFalcon offers a lifetime warranty. Replacement parts are free, but you will need to cover the shipping costs. For simple repairs, please send your item to Unit 102, 3170 194 Street, Surrey BC, Canada, V3Z9V2. For more complex issues, the product will need to be sent to China for repair.
