We’re excited to offer you a 30-day return policy! Enjoy a full 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. It’s our way of ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please note: customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping (shipping label).

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You don't need the purchase receipt; simply provide your order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@fetchfalcon.ca. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
FetchFalcon offers a lifetime warranty. Replacement parts are free, but you will need to cover the shipping costs. For simple repairs, please send your item to Unit 102, 3170 194 Street, Surrey BC, Canada, V3Z9V2. For more complex issues, the product may need to be sent to China for repair.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
